Another day, another TA workout!

Today, my tip for all of you is to really pay attention to what you’re saying inside your head. Are you self-sabotaging? Are they positive or negative? Actively pay attention to these signs that you send your body. I want you to write them all down. Next time, we’ll discuss how to work on acknowledging them but focusing on the positive so that your brain is working on helping you be energetic and have a successful workout.
