Another day on TA

As we prepare for today’s workout, how are you doing?

An idea for today is to use the imagery that we discussed the other day but to get you “psyched up” or excited for your workout. It requires some work but if you put effort into it, you will be able to change that whole “dragging of the feet” to your workout and actually look forward to it all.
